Cancellation Policies

If you cancel your tour booking, the following cancellation fees will apply:
- Before 60 days of the start of the tour program (Free)
- Before 1 month (30% of the rate)
- Before14 days (60% of the rate)
- Less than 7 days or cancellation without any prior notice (80% of the rate)
- After arrival in Bhutan (100% of the rate)
Non-Refundable Deposits and Fees:
Any non-refundable deposits, visa fees, permit fees, or administrative charges incurred during the booking process are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed in the event of cancellation.
Refunds:
Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 1 month from the date of cancellation request. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, unless otherwise specified.
Force Majeure Events:
In cases of force majeure events beyond your control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics, we reserve the right to modify or cancel tours as necessary for the safety and well-being of our clients. In such cases, we will work with you to provide alternative travel arrangements or issue refunds as appropriate.
Changes to Itinerary:
We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries, accommodations, or other arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. We will make every effort to inform you of any changes as soon as possible.
Cancellation Policy Druk Air Flight Tickets: Druk Air tickets are valid for one year from the date of issue. Druk Air tickets are subject to the following cancellation and refund policy.
- 100% refund for tickets cancelled more than 50 days prior to arrival date in Bhutan.
- 50% refund for tickets cancelled between 30 and 45 days prior to arrival date in Bhutan.
- No refund for tickets cancelled within 30 days of arrival date in Bhutan.
- An administration fee of $25 per ticket will be applicable for all cancelledtickets.
- Passengers who fail to show up for a flight will not be eligible for a refund.
- Change of Name fee of $25 per ticket will be applicable for all tickets issued by Druk Air.
- Rescheduling is permitted, but once rescheduled, tickets are non-refundable and non-reroutable.
